Pinnacle Contracting is proud to announce that construction has begun on the Network Building and the McKinley Building.

Community Impact Network selected Pinnacle Contracting to complete the renovation of the Network Building on 1623 Kienlen Avenue in Wellston, Missouri. The 3-story brick and concrete frame building was formerly the Normandy Early Childhood Center, and was originally constructed in 1942. The building is to be rehabilitated to include office space on the first and second floor. Additionally, the lower level will include meeting rooms, a warming kitchen, storage, restrooms, and support spaces.

Additionally, Pinnacle Contracting was selected to complete the renovation of the 3-story 23,014 SF McKinley School Building and Site Work at 2100 Lucas & Hunt Road in Velda City, Missouri. The building is to be rehabilitated to include classrooms and office space on the first and second floors, a kitchen and multi-purpose rooms on the lower level, and rehabilitation of the gymnasium. This project is just a few miles away from the Network Building, and the buildings are being renovated in tandem.
