Hawthorne School Apartments & Townhomes

Pinnacle Contracting is pleased to announce the completion of the $7.5M Hawthorne School Apartments & Townhomes project in University City. The former Nathaniel Hawthorne school was renovated into 35 apartments including a new clubroom and new fitness center for residents. Twelve (12) 2-story townhomes were built on a portion of the old playground, MSD rain gardens to control storm water run-off, exterior amenity area, and new parking lots were added around the existing building. Pinnacle was responsible for the construction management process and coordinating all site operations throughout the 9 month project.
