The newly renovated Clayton Police Headquarters and Municipal Building at 10 S. Brentwood Blvd. in Clayton has earned highest honors – Platinum LEED Certification – from the U.S. Green Building Council.
Pinnacle Earns Gold LEED Certification
Pinnacle Contracting transformed a former retail grocery store, Schnuck’s, into a multi-tenant retail complex on high-traffic Manchester Road. Work on the new Des Peres Centre, 58,000-square-foot, was completed in less than five months, and included a brand new façade, new roof and site utilities.
Pinnacle Earns Gold LEED Certification
The new academic building at Webster University was a 94,000 square foot project which included 31 classrooms on two levels, 10 large computer labs, 48 offices on a third level and two large lobbies. The East Academic Building is the first building in an envisioned East Quad. The project earned Gold Level certification through USGBC.
