Scope includes new interior concrete slab, interior partitions, lobby/customer service areas, consult rooms, break room, restroom, and support spaces, plus associated finishes, etc. Exterior scope is limited to ATM & Night Drop installation, storefront infill, access control, and related minor concrete/sidewalk work.
