Pinnacle Contracting is excited to announce the completion of the Lyon School Apartments project. The 51,911 SF historic Lyon School has been renovated into 32 apartments, plus a club room and fitness center for resident use. Additionally, an outdoor amenity area and new parking lots were also part of the project scope.
