This 8,700 SF interior renovation was for the new office of the marketing companies of True Independent Holdings, which include Coegi, RADaR, and True Media.
This project was a conversion/renovation of an existing office space to a complete media office, which included 15 offices, 2 conference rooms, game area, new break room, large open area with multiple workstations, 2 phone rooms, 3 huddle rooms, and multiple other collaboration spaces. The scope of work consisted of new flooring throughout, all new casework and countertops, new office furniture, modification of existing doors to have full glass, addition of new state-of-the-art sliding glass doors, new paint, modification of MEPFP systems, and more.
