Pinnacle Contracting was selected as the general contractor to oversee renovations to the Sunbelt Rentals locations in Roxana, Illinois and St. Louis, Missouri.
Sunbelt Rentals: Roxana, Illinois
The project in Roxana, Illinois involved the renovation of an existing pre-engineered metal facility and site improvements. The renovation includes interior construction/reconfiguration of offices and support space, re-painting of the facade, and sitework upgrades including fencing, storm water mitigation, and a new parking lot.
Pinnacle completed work on a 1,500 SF wash bay metal building addition at this same location in Roxana, Illinois. Besides the wash bay, new site paving, HVAC & Electrical upgrades to the existing building, and a new grease interceptor were added.
Sunbelt Rentals: St. Louis, Missouri
The project in St. Louis, Missouri includes a new metal single story building for the maintenance of Sunbelt’s shoring equipment, a new site staging area, as well as renovations to an existing building for customer service personnel.
Sunbelt Rentals: Wentzville, Missouri
The new pre-engineered metal building is a single story, complete with service bays, site storage yard, rental offices, display area, wash bay, and more.
