Pinnacle Contracting was selected as the general contractor to oversee renovations to the Sunbelt Rentals locations in Roxana, Illinois and St. Louis, Missouri.
The project in Roxana, Illinois involved the renovation of an existing pre-engineered metal facility and site improvements. The renovation includes interior construction/reconfiguration of offices and support space, re-painting of the facade, and sitework upgrades including fencing, storm water mitigation, and a new parking lot.
The project in St. Louis, Missouri includes a new metal single story building for the maintenance of Sunbelt’s shoring equipment, a new site staging area, as well as renovations to an existing building for customer service personnel.
*Construction has recently completed on the Sunbelt Rentals: Wentzville, MO project. The project scope included a new single story building with rental offices, display area, wash bay, and storage space for the rental of construction equipment.
