Pinnacle Contracting was the construction manager for the 60,915 SF multi-level parking garage at the Streets of St. Charles. The garage consists of a precast level above grade and an asphalt lower level. Cast-in-place concrete walls, design-build MEPFP, structural steel, pre-fabricated metal canopy, traffic coatings, etc. were other aspects of the project. In addition, site sewers and roads were built to accompany the garage and adjacent Drury Plaza Hotel.
