Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. has completed the interior renovation of 9,900 square feet on the seventh floor at the PNC Center Building, 120 S. Central Avenue in Clayton, Mo., for the relocating St. Louis County office of Chicago, Ill.-based law firm SmithAmundsen LLC. The firm previously leased space in Creve Coeur, Mo.
As part of the design/build assignment, Pinnacle built-out new offices and conference rooms; added a break room and file room; and relocated mechanical/electrical/ plumbing systems to accommodate the space plan conceived by Domash Design Source, LLC. Finish materials included red oak, mahogany and ceramic tile. In addition, Pinnacle renovated the 7th floor elevator lobby area for the building owner.
