Pinnacle Contracting was selected as the general contractor for the 5,000 SF new wood framed single-story A.O. Smith Yard Operations Facility. The scope of work also includes site improvements to expand for parking and demolition of existing facility after the construction of the new facility.
Pinnacle was also the general contractor for the Luther Yard 2nd Floor Administration Building renovation. The scope of work consisted of partial demolition and renovation of interior office spaces at Level 2, with finishes, building system fixtures mounted in the ceiling, and window replacement.
