Interior renovation to build out an 8,000 SF new showroom space in an existing warehouse. The space includes offices, a conference room, and customer display/demonstration areas. Pinnacle managed the MEPFP improvements as well as the shell/white box and flooring scope, while the Owner’s skilled residential tradesmen completed all finish material and display work.
