Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. was renovated the 51,911 SF historic Lyon School into 32 apartments with an exterior parking lot and utilities.
Construction began in October 2019 and completed in the summer of 2020. The project includes all new MEPFP systems and updated finishes throughout while maintaining the historical significance of this William B. Ittner school building.
In addition to the apartment units the building features a club room and fitness center for resident use. Three new rain gardens added to the site reduce the load placed on the existing storm sewer system. A new outdoor gathering area was also created with picnic tables and public BBQ grills for tenants to enjoy the outdoors.
