Pinnacle Contracting has completed multiple projects for Farm & Home Supply Co., including the 65,000 SF interior renovation, exterior upgrade and site improvements for their High Ridge, Missouri location. Pinnacle also completed the Farm & Home Supply in Cottleville, Missouri, as well as an interior renovation at the Alton, Illinois location.
More recently, Pinnacle was hired as the general contractor to perform renovations for the Farm & Home Taylorville, Illinois, and Springfield, Illinois locations.
The Taylorville store received a remodel as well as a 16,800 SF building addition, and the 58,650 SF Springfield store included a pre-engineered metal building in the scope. At the Taylorville location, Pinnacle was challenged to start with an existing building and build an addition in a cohesive manner, to make it look like one new building. The project was completed successfully, and the addition increased building space by 60%, and parking space was also increased by 70%.
A challenge at the Springfield location involved being able to pour a quality slab despite the sweltering heat, but with diligent planning and communication between Pinnacle and its subcontractors, the pour was successful and work continued.
