Pinnacle Contracting was hired as Design/Builder by Emery Air Freight (now a part of UPS) to construct a 30,000 sf facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The building includes 7,000 sf of office space and a 100 ft. clear cross dock containing 35 dock doors. The structure of the building is a pre-engineered building with masonry exterior on the office and metal panels on the dock portion.
