Pinnacle Contracting accepted the challenge of managing the multi-million-dollar renovation to transform a former retail grocery store, Schnuck’s, into a multi-tenant retail complex on high-traffic Manchester Road. Work on the new Des Peres Centre, 58,000 SF, was completed in less than five months, and included a brand new façade, new roof and site utilities. The project is USGBC Gold LEED Certified.
