*Chess Club and Scholastic Center of Saint Louis

This project entails the renovation of the existing Chess Club building in the basement, first floor and second floor levels with associated MEP work. Work also includes renovations to the existing exterior of the building, plus window repairs and replacements. Additionally, the scope of work also includes the construction of a building addition and infill at the rear of the building. Check back for more updates coming soon!
