Construction is underway on this iconic St. Louis building in the Central West End! This 33,000 SF project entails the historic renovation of the existing Chess Club building in the basement, first floor and second floor levels with associated MEP work. Work also includes renovations to the existing exterior of the building, plus window repairs and replacements. Additionally, the scope of work also includes the construction of a building addition and infill at the rear of the building. The enhancements include a new commercial kitchen, dining, broadcast studio, member entrance, tournament play areas, and more to better accommodate members and modernize their experience.

*Phase 1 has recently been completed with Phase 2 to begin soon. Phase 1 included reception, classrooms, several tournament rooms, open play areas, video production, employee and production lounges, multiple office spaces, and a new elevator. Be sure to check back for more updates and photos!
