Pinnacle completed a buildout of an existing space at the renovated Colonnade Center to create the new Alloy Personal Training in Des Peres. New restrooms, office, and workout space were created for customers to maximize their experience.
A second renovation for Alloy involved interior demolition of the 1,769 SF space, including demolition of all existing walls and drywall with the exception of demising walls and existing bathroom wall. A restroom and a utility room were added along with new underground drain piping. Additionally, the area was treated with acoustical drywall and sealant on the demising walls to lower the sound pollution aspect between tenants in the separate buildings. New paint, flooring, and casework finishes were also be included in the work.
