Interior up-fit for Alloy Personal Training in the Westgate Center in Creve Coeur, MO. The 1,769 SF renovation involved interior demolition, including demolition of all existing walls and drywall with the exception of demising walls and existing bathroom wall. A restroom and a utility room were added along with new underground drain piping. Additionally, the area was treated with acoustical drywall and sealant on the demising walls to lower the sound pollution aspect between tenants in the separate buildings. New paint, flooring, and casework finishes were also be included in the work.
Pinnacle has recently completed construction for its second Alloy Personal Training location in Des Peres! The project was a buildout of an existing space at the renovated Colonnade Center. New restrooms, office, and workout space were created for customers to maximize their experience.
