Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. was selected to renovate 11100 Linpage Place into a Self-Storage Facility. The 46,000 SF interior renovation includes polished concrete, painting of existing structure, and Design/ Build plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and electrical.
