E+A Properties selects Pinnacle Contracting to renovate the Tober Building on Washington Avenue in downtown St. Louis. The building four-story, 20,000-square-foot, Gothic Revival, Tober Building is located at 1214 Washington Avenue. E + A Architecture will move its corporate headquarters from 1006 Olive St. downtown to the lower floors of the Tober and the upper floors will house loft apartments.
