Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. renovated a $1.9M historic, four-story building at 1521 Washington Avenue to serve as the school’s new campus, which re-located from North Fourth Street in Downtown St. Louis. The 21,000 SF structure had formerly housed a shoe manufacturing facility and was renovated into classrooms and offices. Pinnacle worked with the owner to provide various value engineering options to complete the project within budget. Additionally, the project was design-build MEP with substnatial minority participation and required working with city & state officials to complete the historical renovation. The Pinnacle team took the reigns to coordinate the team to stay within budget and on the construction timeline.
