Pinnacle completed the interior renovation of Motorworks Lofts a series of spacious 1 & 2 bedroom lofts in Midtown St. Louis with luxury features including 12-foot-high ceilings, modern architectural kitchens and baths, modern kitchens, and French casement windows. The building is registered with the National Register of Historic places. This was a historic rehab of the only remaining building from the days of Gaslight Square. It was converted into first floor commercial space maintaining its historical nature and apartments on the second floor.
