Pinnacle is looking to hire a Superintendent with the following qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a superintendent position in the construction industry.
• Able to read, understand, and review plans as well as ensure plans are followed.
• Understand scopes of work to maintain project schedule.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.
• Perform carpentry role which includes use of tools to complete tasks throughout each project as required.
• Must be dependable, hardworking and honest.
• Able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with peers, owners, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Able to multitask for manpower utilization.
• Must have computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
