Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. has completed the $2.0M renovations for the Napleton Automotive Group in St. Peters, Missouri.
Owned and operated by Chicago, Illinois-based Napleton Automotive Group and designed by architect difilippis + associates, Inc., this project was a new addition and renovation to the existing car dealership (33,000 SF). New Service Drive, New Showroom/ New Car Delivery and New Customer Lounge were added to enhance the customer experience.
Pinnacle was responsible for general contracting services and coordinating all site operations through the 7-month phased project. Phase I of the project consisted of work to the service bays, and Phase II consisted of renovations to the showroom. Project Manager Phil Moxey worked to meet the owner’s needs by completing Phase II in time for Black Friday sales. This is the 3rd project that Pinnacle has completed for this client.
